What qualifies as the "same itinerary"?
A "same itinerary" means all booking details must match exactly, including the airline(s), flight number(s), travel dates, number of passengers, and seat class.
Who are considered "Major OTA Competitors"?
For the purposes of our Price Match Promise, major OTA competitors include U.S.-based English-language websites such as Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline.com, and Travelocity.com.
How to request a Price Match?
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email or phone.
- Provide Booking Details: Share your Flightstunner booking number and details of the lower-priced offer, including the airline, flight details, travel dates, number of passengers, and seat type.
- Submit Proof: Provide verification, such as a direct website link or screenshots of the lower fare.
- Approval & Next Steps: Once we verify the details, you can choose one of the following options:
- Keep your original booking and receive a refund for the price difference.
- Cancel your booking for a full refund.
Exclusions from the Price Match Promise
Our Price Match Promise does not apply to the following:
- Special membership programs, corporate discounts, group rates, or reward-based fares.
- Discounts obtained through exclusive coupons or promotional codes.
- Military, student, government, bulk, or vacation package fares.
- Fares from "opaque" booking sites where airline details are hidden until purchase.
- Tickets acquired through bidding or auction platforms.
- Obvious pricing errors or system glitches.
