3. Ticket Changes & Modifications:

• For tickets under $1000: Up to $200
• For tickets $1000 or more: $200 or 15% of ticket value (whichever is higher)

4. Special Services Fees:

• Business/First Class: Agent-Assisted Waivers: $100
